WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
In the event something goes wrong with a product you purchased from us, we’re here to help you through the warranty process. It’s important to know that your mattress warranty is covered by the manufacturer, not by The Mattress Store, and the process may differ depending on the product type and brand. Even the highest quality products may fail, show early signs of wear, or have a manufacturing defect, therefore at The Mattress Store, we stand by our commitment to help you get the best deal you will ever feel. Original sales receipt must accompany all returns within 30 days of purchase with original packaging. Some products such as mattress sets are not able to be returned for a refund, however in certain situations customers can request a comfort swap for a different set of equal or greater value within 120 days of purchase, by paying the difference. Product returns or comfort swap products must NOT be stained or damaged. Additional charge for pickup and delivery for any comfort exchange or returns. Items ordered and/or returned for a refund will have a 25% charge, unless the order can be cancelled prior to the manufacture shipping your order. Close outs and or floor samples have no return or swap policy. Contact store for further questions on our return policy.
